Before taking Our Services, Please read carefully our terms & conditions. We will try to our best to complete the job.

  • All the estimate cost are approximate and subject to change (may or may not) on completion of job.
  • All articles(mobile/tablet) taken for the repair/service shall be subject to customer risk.
  • FineTouch will do its best to complete job in time will be held responsible for any delay due to unavoidable circumstances/unavailable spare parts
  • Physical/Liquid damage device may or may not be returned in same condition after opening the device.
  • Any parts replaced by FineTouch during repair/services and face any quality issue, same will be replace within 90 days from the date of repair/services.
  • Replaced parts will be covered under the warranty peroid of 90 days from the date of repair.
  • Please ensure your data is backup before repair/services of your device from our engineer/technician.
  • We cannot guarantee the data will be on the mobile device when it is repair/services in front of you or pickup of your device.
  • We do not offer data recovery solution only providing care.
  • Faulty parts must be submitted to our engineer/technician after repair/services of your device otherwise warranty will not covered.
  • Visit charges of Rs.499/- has to be paid in case of revisit, Warranty will covered in only spare parts/replaced parts.
  • A minimum repair/service charges of Rs.499/- has to be paid in case of job will not completed or estimate cost will not approved or deny to repair at any reason.

Warranty Covered on Screen Replacement:

  • Touch not working
  • Touch working slowly

Warranty doesn't Covered on Screen Replacement:

  • Physical Damage
  • Blank Screen
  • Lining on Screen
  • Flicker on Screen
  • White dot in Screen
  • Reflector Issue(May be heating)
  • Softare version issue after formatting phone

Note : Warranty will not Covered in Case of Physical Damage.
